We source from the contracted growers the well grown, harvested at perfect time whole Corn cobs. After harvesting it goes to a temperature controlled sorting room. Each Corn Cob goes through visual and basic sensory test of sorting. Husk is peeled. Then the de-kernelling of cob by hand starts immediately. After this stage it goes through standard natural process of cleaning, washing and freezing. They are snap frozen within hours of harvesting to retain the freshness, sweetness and nutritional value of each kernel. After overnight freezing, further quality checks and in house lab tests are conducted to make sure sweetness and basic nutritional levels are maintained.
